The planned enlargement could be within the municipality of Sibunag, which is 15 kilometers from the town of San Lorenzo, and could cowl three barangays — Sebaste, Sabang and Bubog. Twenty wind turbines are planned to be to begin with erected in Sebaste, Panes said.
